Today after your arrival we will do the pickup at airport and we will transfer you to Kutch after check in have the sightseeing at Kutch .

Any individual transfer (on chargeable basis).
No transfers will be available after above timing.
Allotment of tent to guest arriving before check-in-time will be subject to availability.
Distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav Tent City Dhordo is approx 80 Kms., which takes approx 2hrs.

Inclusion

To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station) .
2 Nights 3 Days Package includes Lunch, High Tea & Dinner on 1st day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea & Dinner on 2ndday and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd day.
Visit to White Rann on day 1 and Visit to Kala Dungar on day 2. These tours cannot be interchanged. Guest who missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on chargeable basis.
Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Exclusions

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, porter-age etc.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees, parking, Guide, video camera permits during sightseeing.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client directly).
Travel Insurance.
Any other feature which is not mentioned in the "Cost includes" column

Payment Terms & Conditions

30% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 60 days from the date of booking.
50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking·
20% pay amount before 7 days of the departure date

Cancellation Policy: -

The cancellation policy of hotels in India is not uniform , it varies on multiple factors such as the -seasonality , size of the hotel , time gap between the cancellation intimation and the check in date , and various other factors which may be unique to the hotel
Generally cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the arrival date do not attract any penalties, and cancellations / retentions are charged if the time gap is less than 4 weeks. For exact policy we would request you to contact the hotels directly on an email.

In the event of cancellation / amendments Golgo Tour would charge a processing fee of 10% of the total invoice amount. Golgo Tour will assist to try and collaborate with the hotel to get the penalty amount to the minimum possible and find alternate solutions such as, using the credited amount for future reservations, but the final decision on the same lies with the hotel authorities and it is not Golgo Tour liability.
