Reservation Policy:-

 

How do I proceed a booking?

 

We will assign one Travel Consultant to process your reservation , Once the hotels / itinerary and the rates have been finalized , The Consultant would send a performa invoice listing the amount payable ,reservation details and the package inclusions ,If you are satisfied with the details we will start to process the booking.

 

How much Advance do I pay and when?

 

We would need 30 % advance payment to process the booking, after we receive the confirmations and payment time limits from respective hotels, we would inform you on the final payment schedule, which would vary from a hotel to a hotel, Seasonality and the Destination.

 

What is a Confirmation Voucher?

Once the reservation is confirmed and the advance is received. We will send you by email / courier, a confirmation voucher detailing all the details pertaining to the particular reservation. This should be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.

 

Do I need to reconfirm my booking with the hotel directly?

 

No, a copy of the hotel confirmation voucher issued by us is also sent to the hotel.

 

Changing / Cancelling a Reservation

 

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?


If the reservation is cancelled / modified, it is subject to terms and conditions levied by the respective hotel/s. This policy is not uniform and depends on various factors such as the seasonality , the duration between the cancellations / modifications and the Check in Date , the kind of rate on which the reservation was made , All these conditions are applied by the hotels and not Golgo Tour . In case of modifications / cancellations we would charge a 10 % processing fee.
